Jigged Wood 110

I did an experiment today. I decided to "jig" the handles on one of my 110's. I'm not sure if I like it. I drew the design on with a pencil then went over it with an engraving tool. I just wanted to share with the community to see what y'all think. Do you like it? Any suggestions for future attempts?

You have definitely made a one of a kind!! I like that you weren't afraid to try something. :)

Personally, I think I'd like it better if you rubbed some compound into jigged part to darken it up some.
 
Thank you, I agree with you. The etching is a little light. It looks darker in person. Maybe I could fillies some wax
 
great start! ..
consider a dremmel with ball diamond bur to deepen and fill out the tracks ?
