Hi everyone
I just finished this santoku knife . I made the chefs knife in this style and this combination of materials more than once , but I still like it

Blade - Twisted mosaic damascus steel 1,2842 (O2) + 75ni8 Uddeholm (15N20) + edge and spine 1.2842 (O2)
Guard - mosaic damascus steel 1,2842 (O2) + 75ni8 Uddeholm (15N20) , 1.2842 (O2)
Handle - Black locust burl (robinia pseudoacacia)
Average length - 31,5 cm (approx- 12.4 inches) , blade - 18,3 cm (approx- 7.2 inches).
Blade width at widest point 51 mm (approx 2 inches) , blade thickness - distal taper 2,7 mm - 2,2 mm (0,106 -0,086 inch ).
