Looks like a SchradeUSA 8OT, done for Smith & Wesson, maybe? (S.W. in the tang stamp.) I recently got a John Primble , on the same pattern.

Interesting knife you got there.

It was a commemorative put out by Imperial Knife Company in 1974 along with three other commemorative knives,the Libery Bell, Minuteman, and Paul Revere. A few years later they did a Buffalo Bill and a Buffalo Bill.
