Hi, everyone, I could be interested in getting a Jim Burke Resurrection, has anyone ever had any experience with Jim's knives, especially this model? For whatever reason there isn't a whole lot of info about them, and I couldn't find any videos on a custom one (there are lots about the Bokers). Any help is appreciated.
