2 of my creations with Jim coopers photography. First time to post here. Hope you like them.

I'm not sure that Wow!!!! is quite good enough, but that's the best I could do at the moment. Fantastic work!

Great looking in every aspect. Congrats, as previous poster said, WOW is just not enough. BTW using Coop doesn't cost, it pays.

Hi Dan,

I bow in humbleness to the knives. My work is easy. I look great when I have a supermodel to photograph....!

Guys, I will point out that the dagger comes with a wonderful presentation stand (which I couldn't include) and two sets of quillions/pommel: Long and short.

That said, I decided to show all the variations. See that the inset has the short ones and the main display has the long ones. Pretty tricky stuff, Dan!!

That dirk has such a great shape, and Dan's forging of the distal taper was a standout, so I used that to display.

I don't see a problem with his inclusion in LB500.....

Thank you.

Thanks all for the kind words and to Jim for his magic. What a great guy to work with.

A buddy of mine saw this and said I needed to post materials size etc. So, the dagger has a 12 1/2 inch blade and is 17 1/2 inches overall with nickel silver fittings, damascus made by me (1095 and nickel) sterling silver pins in the carved elephant ivory. The Gentlemans fighter has a 10 inch blade with damascus fittings made by me (1095 and nickel) and elephant ivory (ivory pre-ban).

Those are really nice!

The bowie (or fighter - I don't quite understand the fine differences between the classification, sometimes it seems obvious but other times it doesn't), reminds me of a knife I have seen from Don Fogg before. I dont' know if the style is his or something older. In either case, it's a nice style and a fine execution of it here.

Thanks for showing.

Damn, those are beautiful! Welcome to the forums. That fighter is truly sublime - in a kind of Sam Bell meets Don Fogg kind of way. Terrific work.
