I've come to love chunky little fixed blades, as that's what I EDC. Gone are the days of the big SAR style bowies and WSK's on the belt unless the SHTF big time. About the time I was promising myself that I wasn't going to buy anymore custom's from Ebay, I spotted a cute little knife that seemed like a great deal, from a maker I wasn't familiar with. I had also been wanting an EDC with Stellar Sea Cow Bone, as I'd never handled the material before, but admired it in pictures. A good snipe got it to my door for less than $60, which amazed me. The fit and finish are very good, and then SSC scales were even better looking, than in the pictures I had seen. 5.5" OAL, 440C mirror polished, with brass fittings, and it came shaving sharp, with a nicely done sheath.
