Pretty nasty stuff. I like the skeletonized version and the new sheathing method.:thumbup:
 
Thanks guys. Don't know what a kama hawk is but I've got a few more tricks planned. It's a different project for sure and I'll be making some A2 models as well in the future to make it more affordable. Its fast at 1lb and retention is great. Here are some pics from one with micarta.

The design of your hawk just reminds me of a mix between a kama and a spiky hawk :encouragement:

Absolutely beautiful. I didn't have sound in my video......it looked like the balance point on the skeletonized model was about the halfway point. What's the balance point of the the one you have with the pics in micarta? Any thoughts on a tapered handle?

Again....looks great.
 
Balance on the micarta model is about 1" to 1.5" from the second pin from the top. Tapered tangs are doable on these but I didn't bother because these were requested to be full tang. Thanks again for the compliments.
