Being new to the forum, I wanted to share a picture that is referenced on page 174 of the James B Lile (The Arkansas Knifesmith) by Lucarrelli & Hill. It is the folder Jimmy also referenced in his price brochure. If memory serves me right, he said he made 13 (his lucky number) of these bronze folders. He had the rosewood inlays removed & put ivory inserts & had deep cut ivory & engraving in the other 12. Jimmy couldn’t remember who he sold 0000 to and was taken by surprise when I took it out of my pocket and handed it to him at one of the Dallas shows. “Where did you find that, he said? I told him that he traded it for leather sheaths & I purchased it from (I think his name was Dan) and that sparked his memory. He was very happy for me and even gave me his personal (toothpick -also pictured) just for finding 0000 that he had been looking for. It must be karma, because I have 13 of Jimmy’s knives, all of which I got from him except for one.
