While I can't help you with the Rambo knife, I though I give you my opinion on the "Grey Ghost", since nobody else seems to come forward with a review.
I own a Grey Ghost made by the Lile shop after Jimmy had passed away. Blade is D2, handle grey Linen Micarta fastened with brass pins. The Sheath is heavy duty leather, the blade OVER 1/4" thick and as beefy as they come. What's really amazing is the craftsmanship. NO flaw whatsoever. The surface is satin finish and shows the orange peel pattern D2 is know for. I can't find the slightest imperfection in the surface finish (no rough belt scratch-marks here. Strider owners might take notice) or deviations of the grind lines. The handle is so flush with the tang, that you can't make out the transition from Micarta to steel by going over it with your fingernail. In addition the knife arrived BEFORE the estimated time from the shop. I can't remember the exact time from calling in my order to delivery, but it wasn't more than a couple of weeks. Very short for a custom knife which they didn't have in stock.
Overall an amazing product from an excellent shop. If the knife your'e interested in is also made by the Lile guys and not some cheap Far-East knock-off, you won't be disappointed.
