i have several early lile knives-folders and hunters in new condition. where can i find the value for these knives?

Lile knives are collectible, but there are many different kinds, some made in his shop after his death. If you're serious about selling a collection, a proffessional appraisal would probably be worth the money. This year I saw one early Lile folder, lockback, going for about $800 on a dealer's table. It was worn, but in good condition and it looked somewhat unique.

my knives were made in his shop and are mint, i have a very early locking folder, one of the first push button locking folders with ivory inlays and fixed blade hunters. i bought them from jimmy at shows in the 70's.

They are probably worth a pretty dollar. If I were you I'd contact a pro (like Bernard Levine for instance) and get the market value estimated.

Not as good as a professional opinion, but you could also check out completed listings on ebay to see what similar knives went for.

Anyone know where i can send my sly II and "the mission" knife for refurbishment? Quite stained and a couple small rust spots. Stored them in a humid environment. Both have no dots. Any info would be appreciated...
