I have a lot of intrest in lile made knives. Anyone know who taught Jimmy how to make knives?

Not sure about his teachers or if he had any but he ground his first knife out of an old file
when he was eleven years old.

Wilma taught school for 39 years, she loved children and teaching was her passion. Her last year was at Northside Elementary School in Morrilton, where she taught second grade. On the last day of school she asked her students what they would remember from their school year. One little boy held up his hand and said that he would remember how she always treated everybody "zactly" alike. She said it was one of the greatest compliments she had ever received.

Wilma married Art Wiman on Nov. 27, 1957, in Gilbert, Ariz. Art died Oct. 5, 1999. She was also predeceased by her beloved mother, "Mom"; her sister, Catherine Lowry; and her young brother, Tiner Crawford. She is survived by two sons, Meredith Wiman and Steven Wiman and wife Lynn; nieces, Sandy Dial, Jane Tidmore, Julie and Van Barrett, and many great nieces and nephews. In addition she is survived and will be greatly missed by a host of former students and friends who looked to her for wisdom and comfort and guidance.
Her greatest love, however was her Lord. She became a Christian at age 7. She was a member of Plumerville First Baptist Church. Throughout her life she served Him in many capacities. At various times in various places she was a Sunday School Teacher, G.A. and R.A. leader, choir member, choir director, piano and organ accompanist, and always a teacher and mentor to children.

Wilma experienced many challenges and adversities in her life, but she endured them with courage, faith, dignity, optimism and humor.

The family would like to express our deepest gratitude to the very special people who have loved and cared for her and enabled her to remain in her home until the end. Your untiring and selfless help will be forever remembered. There were so many of you that it would be impossible to thank each one.
