The raw materials, a maple sapling.

Peeled and shaped

Holes bored

Fitting the tines.

The finished JK hay rake, after some drying, I'll fit some wedges to firm everything up.

Cool,thanks for sharing that.
The next time I have some hay to rake I know what to do.
Actually,add a few more tines & you can rake up all them leaves.;)
 
That 1/8" O1 is perfection. I'm very glad i went with the 1/8". It does everything very well.
