JK Kephart is a Chicken Crafter

Hi folks -

My wife got her first "stab" at using the Kephart this evening -

She said that it sliced great and she liked it. She did say she wished the blade were a little longer.

I suppose I'll have to get her a bird and trout or something more kitchen-like for her to accompany the Kephart.

The handle is even more beautiful now that it has been "greased up" once and cleaned again.
