This is my JK Original Serial #8 from JK Knives. Tool steel with a Red Linen Micarta handle and brass fittings with a awesome heavy duty leather sheath. Today I took this amazing knife out for alittle fun. I batoned it, made fuzzies and sparked a fire. Didn't take pics of those because there are 1000 of those type pics. Anyway my goal today was to get the over all feel for this knife. After using mostly scandi ground knives for the last few weeks it was weird using this. Sorta like shoot a glock then switching to a 1911. Had to change my angles. :) Knife did great. One thing I personally like to do with a new knife is see and easy it will make what I call assorted nasties. So I took it and dug a fairly deep hole in the pine that was cut down. Its wasn't rotted much and was pretty tough. I pryed and dug and was trying to bend the knife. NOTHING happend the knife did great. After that I shaped up a stick to start a log of love. You know spiked log that swings down and does you some harm :) Anyway I highly recommend JK Knives. This is my second and I have used 4 others in a passaround and they all impressed me. Enjoy

Nice review and pics. I've got 3 custom knives that are gonna be made by "JK Handmade Knives" this month. As Tom Petty says, "The waiting is the hardest part"....:D

Cool. I plan on a few more myself. Hard to decide though because I like most all his knives
