I was fortunate enough to name this beautiful model. Patterned after the first (or one of the first) knives John ever made, it features an smoothly sweeping blade, a fat handle, and a straight back. I think mine has an ipe handle and red liners, 6 pins with no lanyard hole. I have a matching firesteel and a back pocket style sheath. As the pics show, I've convexed it and used it a lot. I also used my girlfriend's clear polish to weatherproof the handle after I sanded most of the corners down.
I've beat this into wood, cut many sandwiches, sliced salami and cheese (best damn snack EVER), and whatever else I've needed to do with a kick-ass knife. Get one if you can, you will love it.

See more Paisley Park pics here too. As mentioned in my other recent thread, we live less than 10 min away from where Prince died. RIP.

I remember that knife -

John brought it out to the skills gathering at McKinley Woods.

It was the first re-creation of this knife, one of John's first (as Rockywolf mentioned )

Number one has maple burl -

This knife will be available in a Raffle for Rebecca; watch for a rare opportunity to have a number 1 JK, and a classic design that he no longer offers.
