This design was by forum member jds1, and Stomper made this one for me after I was able to handle an example at Stomper's workshop at the first Gathering this year.

I love maple burl handle scales, so almost all of my JK's are thus, including this beauty.

Tonight I decided that this is indeed my favorite knife for cleaning a filet roll.

This baby sharpens up easily, holds and edge very well, and the design just works so well.

You really owe it to yourselves to get your hands on one.

JK has a lot of great designs in his line. Which makes it hard to decide which one to get.

I'm in that situation right now. I'm on his order list and have yet to decide which model to get. Then of course, he likes to make customer designs. So I could go that route. Decisions, decisions!
