Ok guys is my busy time of year, and since the winter froze us out of any work at all and they are callling for lots of rain I have been working sun up to sun down this last few weeks. But last night I recieved the Jk Chefs knife in the mail. Now I will do a full review but for the moment I played with it a bit last night and encouraged the wife to use it. Indeed she did, a lot too, slicing cutting etc. Now she was juggling 3 kids and she tired but were gonna do some later together, but I will say this, she said it took a few min to get use to but after that she fell in love with the blade foreward design! She was slicing strawberrys paper thin for a desert and it worked great! also she said it was heavy in a good way, made slicing much easier. She panicked and said "oHHH no the blade turned colors really fast and I wiped it right away! Im sorry tell John Im sorry" I told her you would understand. She has carbon knives so knows not to throw them in the sink but was worried anyways cause it tainted the color right away. Also she said how come none of my knives are this sharp, LOL more to come!
