Hey all, so I've been lucky enough to take part in soem great passarounds and two most rceently with Jk's 1/16" thick 01, thought I'd share the, with you as well, I've always enjoyed my Jk knives but this 1/16" has had me questioning if I shouldn't order it next time instead of the 1/8" or 3/32.

you can see the second one, HERE

but first...the passaround of the JK Ultralight hunter:

I was digging a small vegetable garden and doing some general clean up.

It was just me and the baby girl this weekend because my wife and son were of vising a Lego land exhibit that came through Cincinnati. We took a break and my tin knife cut some apples for us.

When the girl went down for a nap I came back out to finish up. Clean up time.

The 1/16" made cutting up discovered roots a breeze, which was very handy

No edge damage to speak of. I wasn't going to abuse it and don't think I have but I'm typically heavy handed, I honestly want to know if it can stand up to a guy whose sometimes clumsy and often finds himself in cutting awkward things in not so idea situations...it did :D

After the garden came some box cutting and burning, some of the boxes had sat out and were that dry yet somehow soggy kind of cardboard that normally needs pushing through rather then cutting, again the 1/16 came in handy

All done outside, I had a pork shoulder ala grunt soldier's receipt in the oven , should be ready in about an hour or so, then it'll get it's "food test" and I think I'll be all set to pass it along.

Only minus point I'd say so far is in gloves it was harder to get it out the sheath, whoever made must not think to good (pssst, I made it). :p

thanks for checking it out

Why is it that I get the feeling you like doing reviews? Another good one. You seem to have a lot of fun playing with steel.
Great pics. Please don't cut off any necessary digits while you have that skinny O1 in your hands.

thanks all,

protourist, I'll try my best not to :p. The reviews are another great excuse for the playing and picture taking :)
