I do not...he is not listed on the NC Custom Knifemaker Guild page. BUT, when you do a Google search, a Bladeforum post from 1999 is the first listing...there was no response then.

Edit to add, it looks like he WAS a member at one time, according to a newsletter from 2013. He may be deceased.
 
Thanks for the info. My friend bought it from him at the dixie gun & knife show in raleigh many years ago. Pretty cool knife w/ oosik handle & its mirror polish blade.i traded him a dalton auto many moons ago
