I recently bought a PTR-91, a clone of the HK91 which is built on HK tooling.
I have fitted the rifle with an adjustable stock and a heavy buffer to help soak up a bit of the recoil from the .308 round. The Holy S**t factor of this rifle is great at the range, when this girl talks, everybody listens! At 100 yds. with iron sights it will pull 1" groups if i do my part.
To me the quality is on par with HK, with the cost being less than half of an original 91. Well worth the money IMHO!
