100% agree!!! Jo the Machinist was fantastic from day 1, when I first discovered CPK a couple years ago. She was patient, educated me because I was clueless on basically everything CPK, and took great care of me. Thank you for all you do Jo, and for the kind and fun way in which you do it!

Agreed. Never had an order show up wrong or been disappointed when I opened a white box from CPK.. Great attention to detail and Jo obviously cares about the customers. Even if we can be (are) a pain in the neck! All traits that are becoming increasingly rare in this world. Thank you for your patience and graciousness dealing with all of us knuckleheads.
