Joaquin Jacksons knife

I recently saw a picture of Texas ranger Joaquin Jackson's duty carried gear.
On his gun belt along with his .45 holster and magazine pouches was a holster style sheath with what sure looks like a Schrade Old Timer folding hunter.
I thought it was cool that a man whose life might depend on his choice of gear chose good old traditional stuff.

He also sometimes had a fixed blade that is hard to make out, looks like a kitchen style utility hunter.

I wonder if his folding hunter is the 1 or 2 cutting blade(s), or the 1 cutting blade, and wood/bone saw variation of Schrade's folding hunter.

It's a standard 2 blade, if you look closely you can barely make out a shadow or light on the spine of the second blade.
