Jody Samson ground balisong

I got this from Sylvester Stallone's brother Frank. He bought it in 1982 and it's basically been in a drawer ever since. It's a rare modified stilleto blade style that would have been a special order.

Jody Samson was the best hollow grinder the world has ever seen, IMHO, and this picture shows why. The symmetry is absolutely perfect and the grinds mirror one another on each side.....

That's a really cool looking grind... I have a question though, you say Jody Samson was the best hollow grinder... isn't Jody Samson still out there in CA somewhere still making knives? I hope so...
