No, it appears to be a "Theater Knive" replica on a 119 blade.

BTW.......you are wise to be looking for folding Kalingas. I'm hanging onto them, of course, but I was fortunate enough to get hold of a few some years ago before the supply dried up. Wonderful classic knives.
