John Cade aka nep has been found and is now banned once again.
Problem is that this time he has decided to stiff our Miss Yangdu with a few hundred dollars of unpaid funds for khukuris and swords received.

I'm going to start this off by posting this part of John Cade's address.

John Cade

Cordova.

If he pays up I'll delete and won't finish his address but if he doesn't then I'll eventually post the whole deal and we'll see what comes of it.:D

Posting this in the G.B & U Forum as well.

There is more info and this address start isn't quite correct. Please everyone just remain calm and we'll get Miss Yangdu her money.
Thanks.

Screw that piece of human excrement, Yvsa. I say post his address and let's friggin' have at it. After all the **** he's pulled here he comes back and rips off Aunt Yangdu? I am seeing red right now.

Hey Josh?

It will be okay.

Nice to see you posting, seems like it has been a while.

Be well and safe.

I always thought there was something fishy about him. He actually seemed "normal" this time, but there was something about him that made me say hmmmm. I REALLY hope it doesn't come to a full address. Not for him. he doesn't deserve the satisifaction of knowing he has hurt our community. I just hope that no one pays him a visit. We have several passionate memebers here. I'm Pi$$ed, but he ain't worth losing my cool over. It'll be taken care of one way or another.

Use of the USPS to defraud is a federal felony. "Use" includes a transaction where the suspect knew that delivery would be by the USPS -- triangular boxes and all that.

Prison is a very unpleasant place to pass the time -- full of very, very nasty people.

From what I know now, Yangdu is out the price of a Seax; she did not send the other blades Cade/Nep ordered.

This is the time for him to make good on his business contract and not commit a crime. I hope he does decide to pay Yangdu and not add this burdon to his name.

Nasty's in jail! Say it ain't so! ;)

As for John Cade... karma is a cruel, cruel mistress for those such as yourself. I'd suggest you pay up and preserve what few good vibes you have left.

Guys it wasn't me alone that nailed him. It was done with the cooperation of your friendly moderators and one Supermod. :D

And you're right Tom. We'll give him a chance to pay up before we release other pertinent information. John Cade aka a thousand aliases can email me if he wants to keep the rest of it as quiet as I'm willing to let it be.;)

Unbelievable.

If you detect an IP address, you can BAN it.

Which won't work forever...

what slime.

Thanks to the Mods for spotting it. Something didn't feel quite right to me either, but as usual, I just ignored it and moved on.

methinks this needs a time limit...he said he uses Paypal...how about tonight by midnight? ;)

Let's see....mail fraud, harassment, threats - the rap sheet on this guy goes way back...about time something was done locally....it's beyond just banning now...local PD needs to be informed. This guy clearly has it out for H.I. and won't be stopped until he feels vindicated.

(this post is not intended to disrespect any mod's actions or decisions - just my opinion on the matter)

p.s. there's quite a bit of information about this guy already in the public arena - just need to know where to look. ;)

Everyone hold the fort. Dan that was uncalled for. Let us mods handle it in the way we have been instructed.

I'm going to lock this thread until further information is available as more is forthcoming. We do know what we're doing!!!!

Oh Dan,
I was looking at your website and I was thinking you might want to spell something differently.
牛刀

牛 - gyu (cow) in this sense they mean steak
刀 - to (sword) in this sense they mean knife or blade
Is probably best spelled Gyu-to or Gyu-Toh

Japanese people dont understand the alphabet very well, and as a result they stick U's after O's when they are not needed.
They dont understand that the O in the alphabet is an O and a U sound already.
(Im working on it)
