Blade - Stainless steel - Bohler n690
Handle - Ash wood knot
Average length - 31,5 cm (approx- 12,4 inches) , blade - 17 cm (approx- 6,7 inches).
Blade width at widest point 50 mm (approx 2 inches ) mm , blade thickness 3,5 mm (0,14 inches).
