Hey Guys, It takes alot to get me excited.... about new knives I mean. 
Not that I am an old Salt but I have handled thousands of knives and when I find something I like I want to share it!
Last Friday I had the opportunity to present the first knife from this new Maker, a Prototype with some amazing characteristics that will allow him to stand out in the "Refined, Overbuilt, Framelock" Map. John has made less than 10 knives - as you can see he has already set the bar for himself very high.
I have a couple more from John that I will be listing during coming FOLDER FRIDAYs but .. you always remember your first.. right?
The extra Large Pivot add strength but also serves as the Lock Bar Stop (from overtravel).
John and I met a year ago and discussed these designs, he has been tweaking them and it was definitely worth the wait.
I predict more great things are coming from John.
