Hope it is ok to put this here:

In case anyone did not know John Greco of Greco Knives now has a fully operational web page. Here's the link:

www.grecoknives.com

He has a really neat opening\introductory video that looks like it was shot in his living room. He introduces himself and gives a bit of cutlery history. Pretty cool to see the man whose knives I have actually held in my hands.

Also on the site he sells supplies such as Micarta, wood, and jigged bone scale material as well as sheaths and pouches. There is a section where you can list your previously owned Greco's for free including picture.

All knife sales are still handled by CQC knives (www.cqcknives.com) and David Bata. Under the section "New Designs" it says they will be offering a new line of Flat Ground (FGGreco's) knives in mid September. John is also working on a thinner version of his folders and they stated that they are looking into resurrecting some of John's more classic designs in the new flat ground versions.

Sounds pretty good to me....

Mongrel - this post is OK with me! I also want to add that the video was directed/produced by Jody Carson. If the last name is familiar, yes he is Kit's son. That's a very nicely done and informative video. Hope to see more added in the future.
