Finally got my first Lloyd folder. 52100 carbon steel & micarta. No warts on this one! Been carrying it for a week now.
Have known John for a good while & consider him a friend. This one will get used hard...

Thanks John!

Congrats Don. I love when makers sport other makers work. The beauty of of it is you can always fix it up with out much worry.

Great to see you again, hopefully well get more time next year or whenever I return.

Good seein ya Jon, sorry we never got together for dinner. Next time for sure.

I wanted to meet John, I have a whaler style folder made by him. Very nice knife you got.

Gary
Visited with John a good bit at Blade. He had a nice spread of folders there. You would have enjoyed it.

No doubt, you're going to enjoy that beauty for a long time.
You're most definitely "knife people" Don.

That's a dandy Don. I really like John's knives. I look forward to hearing how it performs.

Chris, so far it's performing well above average. I've never be a fan of 52100, but this knife might change my mind. BTW I haven't forgot about that piece of W2, will let you know when I get to it.

Thanks Kevin. I think the beauty of this one is in it's simplicity & low price for a hard everyday user.
