Hey guys, I traded for a John Primble Colonel Stockman yesterday. The knife is in great shape but it is missing one of the shields. It has a small round shield that says Primble, and it has a spot on the handle where a large odd shaped shield should be. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a shield? I would also like more info on the knife. The tang stamp says John Primble Belknap, and it is numbered 0001 on the back of the blade with a star beneath the number. Is this knife made in the USA? Are they quality knives? I would post a pic but I have no idea how.
