John Tesh performed at the Yavapai College last night. Of course, my wife just HAD to see him, so we bought tickets. "John Tesh!" I said. :barf::barf::barf:

I have to admit that he put on a great show, except for when he got into his "helping people" schtick. Of all the performers that we have seen at the college, he is the only one who did anything like that. Oh well, it was still worth going. :)

Does he still look like a blonde Frankenstein?

Do you live in Prescott? I was born in a cabin near Thumb Butte.
I had an ideal childhood there in the 50s and 60s and wasted two years at Yavapai College in the 70s.

No, but close. Chino Valley.

I have only been here for 4 years. I imagine that things have changed a bit since you lived here.

I think there were only a few hundred people in Chino back then. My very best friend lives there. He is a stone mason and does concrete work. If you ever need any done let me know and I will give you his name. When I was 12 or 13 we used to have my brother drop us off at the Verde River off Perkinsville Road and we would spend a week camping every year.
It is hard for me to visit. I am sure it is a wonderful place to live but the changes are to dramatic.
My 83 year old mother still lives on the property my father bought in 1938.
