Amazing the parcels I sent on the same day to the USA and Australia arrived on the same day.
I had a bet with myself Australia would take twice as long being so far away.

I was worried about things getting through your customs and so sent a smaller knife from Portugal than I had intended (same pattern,though it was more of a Crocodile Dundee that’s not a knife size).😂

It fits perfectly in that slip.

And a photo showing where I got the Dartmoor sticker from,one of those magic places with stunning scenery,history, and tales of yore all around.

I had intended to do a GAW draw,but after your PM asking after my bike and showing kindness I decided to send it to you.

Absolutely love that shop, bitof everything.
BF is much more than knives, it's a portal to share our lives and journeys and good friendships.
Customs didn't even open the package. I have had plenty opened over the years but nothing confiscated 🤞
Sure will find use for them.
The Hobo (martins) is in my pocket. 😀
 
I walked a bit on Dartmoor back around 2012...amazing countryside.
I think the bridge in your puc is a "sinners bridge"...rich people could buy off their sins by building a bridge...they seem to feature those boat shaped piers..I also had beers at Belstone and explored Grimspound...an iron age settlement...as well as several stone circles and burial chambers..awesome.
Never did find the Grimpen Mire though.
 
John included a great steel clasp knife.
That I named Basil, He was laser engraved Today. I think John will approve.


When I was kid we used to get a lot of British shows, growing up on Dr Who, the Goodies etc.
Basil Brush was a favourite a cheeky fox, so it just seemed appropriate.😁😂
