Just wanted to introduce myself as I've been lurking a while. I'm from Oregon and have a fascination with steel. I get a kick out of blades and there seems to be a lot of knowledgable folk here.

My granddad was a millwright so I guess my interest started early. Also a big firearms fan.

Yeah Freeze, it's sad. My friend stopped by last week I took him down the road to the Benchmade factory. I had been bragging on my new Emmisary 470-1. He couldn't help himself so he picked up the Emmisary 477 (larger, 3.5 inch version)
