Joker liner lock knives?

I was thinking of getting this knife, I like the look of it and I'm only after a production knife with stag scales (love the look) so make suggestions if you know better production in the price range of $50 - $60 that ships internationally.

But has anyone here bought one, and what did they think of joker's liner locks, and the quality of the blade?
