Joseph Rodgers & Sons dagger Identification and value?

I have this knife and would appreciate any help identifying it. Is this called an English Dagger? I think this is the original sheath? stamped "j. Rodgers & sons 6 Norfolk St Sheffield England" has a interesting handle. What does a knife like this sell for? I cannot find much info on it.
