Josh Muller Account Verification

My freind changed his email verification address to a domain he purchased from netfirms. He's not sure if thats okay for the verification process, and wanted to supply a secondary, probably more valid email address if that one is not okay.

His forum name = Josh Muller

Email entered = joshmuller@lastvisiblecanary.com

The more valid alternative = sethmurdoc@comcast.com
(His internet service through compast being registered under his name.)
 
If he can receive email at the address he put in he's all set, and he can change to any other valid email address later if he wants.
 
the email account that josh has put as his verification account apparently cannot receive email from bladeforums, because none has gone through. because his bladeforums account isn't verified, he can't access the user cp to change it. if its possible to have one of the moderators change the email for his account from lastvisiblecanary.com to sethmurdoc@comcast.net , that will definitely work. if needed, he can pay to have it done.
 
Is it possible for an account that has a non validated email address to change the validation email adress to something different?

(or rather, is there a way for him to access that portion of his user cp in order to correct the error?)
 
Not possible. He can open a new account with a valid email address using the name Josh_Muller, or Joshua Muller, or anything that's not taken....
 
For security reasons, we cannot make changes to your account, only you have the ability to do that.
