Just replaced the OE thumb disc w/ this bullet head case that I cut off. Not bad for a first try. I shoot .45 but don't think that will fit very well. I wanted to use a caliber that wouldn't protrude too much in front of the Wave hook.

Did you happen to sand the edge where the cut was made? I see a sharp burr. Oh and I'd edit the selling part off...you're not allowed to sell anything w/o a paid subscription.

I did run a quick sanding tool over the cut edge. Looks sharper than it is. Thanks for checking it out and for the heads up on the forum rules.

WOW! Emerson sent a new pocket clip to me (upgraded with the skull logo) at no charge w/ overnight shipping all because they sent my knife back minus it's pocket clip. Now I see why everyone talks about the exceptional Emerson customer service. Good on them for going the extra mile to keep a new customer happy. I've got a feeling I will own many more Emerson Knives in the future. Thanks Emerson!

I'm happy to hear from a kindred spirit. The more I carry and use this knife the more I love it. The action is smoothing out nicely, ergonomics are spot on for me. I've been going a little easy on her since she is new but I'm working up to more abusive duties.
