JR Cook - ALT#5 Blackwood Hunter

JR Cook just completed this outstanding Hunter for Friend and fellow forumite Chuck Kerwin.

This is JR's fifth ALT marked piece since being awarded his Arkansas Living Treasure designation.
It has a beautifully carved Blackwood handle and 4 5/8" damascus blade.
The overall length is 9 3/4". The photo by Chuck Ward is exceptional as always.

I talked to Chuck this afternoon and it looks like I'll get to wrap some leather around this beauty. I'm going to try to have the sheath ready in time for him to take it to Arkansas when he picks up the knife.
