Made for a Gossman PSK the JRE Leather Sheath fits the Izula perfectly.

Nice.

Question--does the front have two layers, or does the firesteel go into the same compartment as the knife?
 
Nice lookin' rig. I've never used a sheath like that where only part of the knife handle is exposed. Does that cause any problems when drawing the knife? Is it still a one-handed draw?
 
That sheath's quite nice and robust looking for a small knife. I do like leather more than plastic/canvas. Leather looks nice new, but better when aged & broken in. On the otherhand, IMO, Plastic/canvas look better new and not so nice when used & beat-up. I agree that is a purty setup.
 
Great looking sheath. Looks like it is a nice fit as well with the paracord wrap.

Edit: Is that sheath ambidextrous? You know, for those of us who carry on the better side? :D

Hey Derrick it does have an extra place for the steel.

Easy out but secure enough to stay in.

I think it would because it is a deep pouch carry.
 
I spoke with JRE today and they have an Izula in-house to use as a model. I was asking for a horizontal carry sheath and they thought they could do one up. Love JRE.
