  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

I have two Gossman fixed blades, one is a 4" Kephart and the other is a standard Polaris. I'd like to get a bushcraft sheath from JRE for it, I'd also like to see if I could get just a dangler to put on my Kephart's JRE sheath. I just got a really nice bushcraft style sheath with dangler from Scott. I know, I need to take pics of it. Kind of getting in a habit, not only am I looking at setting up the Kephart and Polaris with new duds, I'm thinking of getting a new sheath for my Gossman Deer Creek.

Since your thread title contains the word Recommendation, I would recommend that if you want a sheath from JRE and some other specialized work, the logical thing to do would be contact JRE direct.

I contacted them, but that was this morning. I know I'll hear back from them next week, but just wanted to ask here.

He made a very nice one for my Kephart. I'm going to ask him if he has any of the BRKT bushcraft sheaths with fire steel loops for sale.

The JRE E dangler looks like it would fit your kephart. I don't have that knife to check for sure but given the specs and the dimensions of the sheath it looks good.

I've ordered split ring danger attachment from JRE and they're inexpensive and work great.

Thank you, I might have spoken with you about a BRKT bushcraft A sheath, but these JRE sheaths with danglers look like the ticket. Instead of just one BRKT, I'm buying two JREs with danglers. Thank you.
