Should be John R. Johnson from near Harrisburg.
I have one of his "REVERB" models w/stag scales, designed to be drawn from the sheath in the reverse grip. Tang mark on that knife is "JRJ" He does good work, and makes his own leather sheaths.
He usually sets up at a lot of the east coast shows.
