I've been posting all my JS Test knives in this section of the forum, so here is my fifth and final JS Test knife that I will use for the test.
This is the first Spear Point blade I've made. The 9" blade is forged from 5160. The handle is of Amber dyed Sambar Stag. (this was also the first time I've used stag on a Bowie handle) The fittings are German Silver with Rope Pattern File work. The blade has a 1500 grit finish on it. This was the first time I've done a finish like this on a blade and I like it so much that I think I'll have to do it like this alot more.
I would like to thank my brother Caleb for the great picture!
Tell me what you think.
Thanks for looking and have a great day!
