Juice Cs4 vs. Sog S45

They both weigh-in just under 6oz. Having difficulty deciding which to pull the trigger on. The Sog has the ability to mix components... bit drivers, saw, pe clip point etc. love the idea but I've heard so many horror stories about SOG that even though I want the "pocket powerplier deluxe" it's very difficult for me to take the plunge. The Juice is, well it's the juice that many love. Any advice???
