The sheaths came in for these MUCKs and they are headed out to the new owners - congrats!

This isn't the easiest knife for me to make but it is certainly my favorite to own. I have given MUCKs out to non-knife people, kids (supervised), boy scouts, "old duffers", women/girls....and it's the same story every time... they end up well-worn (actually used/tested) and the temporary owners reluctant to give it back. :D

I've received more compliments on the size/balance/effectiveness of the MUCK than any other knife I've ever owned or made. It just seems to appeal to a broader audience, begging to be put to work.

It has the forward curve/balance like a small kukri; a wide enough blade for splitting/batoning/slicing; heavy enough to chop with, light enough to carry all day; fits a variety of off-the-shelf sheaths; comfortable in multiple grips (even the pommel striker is deburred - for comfort while carrying/using); made with the very best steel, CPM3V; and all for a reasonable (some would say "too low!") price.

I knew I had something special when I started the design. Looking forward to getting as many out to future owners as possible!

Enjoy!

Dan

One of the best engineered knives I have owned. I appreciate the utilitarian blade shape with no choil and the grind is not too thick for food prep. All that while being light enough to carry comfortably. I think this design is would also serve great as a fighter. It like an improved kabar.
