Jumbo/equiv size bag Users, Average carry weight?

I've been EDCing my new jumbo as a work/play bag (my job currently rocks) so it contains everything and then some, with full nalgene and radio it comes in at about 5.5kg so I was curious, what do your bags weigh on a day to day basis? also are you carrying your bag for extended periods or do you just keep it near by. Thanks!

for everyday running most of my edc is on me, for day long outings i use my jumbo dont like haveing my pockets loaded down. weight is comfortable.
