Pretty sure your link will get removed by the mods as I believe it violates the TOS.

To answer your question, a "jumbo" and "large" are the same knife. Both are 4-1/4" closed. Medium is 3-5/8".

The Case 6375 model you linked to is the Large Stockman. If you want the official name of any particular Case knife, their web site is one place to look. http://www.wrcase.com/index_en.php

I guess your choice of dealer decided to call it "Jumbo" of their own accord.

Case has about 5 patterns that they call the "Medium" stockman which vary from between 3 1/4" to 3 5/8" long, then the plain old "Stockman" which is their '347 pattern, and the '375 Large Stockman pattern. There's also the Humpback Stockman, which size-wise is in the same range as the Mediums, and the Sowbelly Stockman, which is up there with the "Stockman".

There are also two Small Stockman patterns, that are under 3".

The jumbo Stockman is considered any over 4 inches. Case is a bit unusual in naming their smaller sized offerings, where a medium size can be anything from 3 5/8" to 3 9/16". A small Stockman is anything less than 3", typically 2 5/8". Now, it gets confusing when it is either a square bolstered or rounded bolster, where typically, a medium square bolstered knife is smaller then a medium round bolstered knife, and with the square bolstered knife, you don't get a spey blade, but a pen blade instead. As is the case with Case, this rule changes when it comes to the jumbo Stockman, which typically is a square bolstered knife at 4 1/2" and comes with a spey blade. To make matters worse, you have a humpback and a sow belly stockman; are ya' sorry you asked, or that I answered yet? :D

Back in the '90s, Case used to feature a 'Case Classic' Jumbo stockman ('40 pattern, with rounded bolsters) that was a tad longer at 4-3/8", and heftier than Case's current 'large' stockman, the '75 pattern (4-1/4"). The '40 pattern was discontinued long ago, but if any of their line could be called 'Jumbo', that was the one.

As mentioned, Case is pretty ambiguous in their naming conventions regarding size. Even the relatively tiny '44 pattern (3-1/4") is often listed as a 'medium' stockman, by their standards, and the '47 pattern (3-7/8") is often named at the upper end of that 'medium' range. That leaves the '75 as the biggest in their current line; there used to be a '92 pattern stockman at 4", but that's also discontinued.

Have to get pretty teentsy-weentsy for a 'small' stockman, the '33 pattern at 2-5/8" closed. Even the diminutive Peanut is bigger than that one. :)

Many people call Case's 47 pattern (3-7/8") their large stockman, and the 75 pattern (4-1/4") a jumbo or XL size.

There are always some differences from brand to brand, but in general the sizes are:
3 to 3-1/4" = small
3-3/8 to 3-5/8" = medium
3-3/4 to 4" = large
4-1/8 on up = jumbo or XL

Here's a link to a chart on Case's own site, listing their patterns produced in the last 10 years, including some patterns now 'retired' from the line. Patterns are ordered alphabetically by name (2nd column) instead of pattern# (shown in 1st column). Their 'medium' stockman patterns, as named in the list, range from 3-1/4" ('087 and '44 patterns) through 3-7/8" ('47 pattern). The '75 pattern (4-1/4") is the only one listed as a 'large' stockman. They list a '27 pattern (2-3/4") and the '33 (2-5/8") as the only 'small' stockman versions. No current listing for 'Jumbo', as named by Case anyway.

Curiously, they segregate the '032 (3-5/8") and '92 (4"; retired) both as 'stockman with 3 blades', not referencing size at all. The 'Humpback Stockman' ('046 at 3-5/8") is similarly non-specific, as named. There's some more of that Case naming ambiguity...
