For those who own the Jumpmaster 2, please post your thoughts on this awesome piece. How do you carry yours, (belt, [vertical, canted, horizontal], pocket, iwb, or bag)? If possible, please post some pics of your carry method. Action/in-use shots would be great too.

Thanks,
J.

I hope this thread takes off! The JM2 is one I have been looking at for use on my boat but I have been hesitant. I could use the nudge to buy

Well, I don't own one (yet) but if it's anywhere close to the ergonomics, handling and feel of the Aqua Salt or Jumpmaster it's a sure win in my book.
The sheath made these two a true pleasure to carry, vertical, horizontal, upwards, downwards...so many attachment and carry options in a very slim and inconspicuous package!

They both have low weight and slender profile allowing for a nice IWB or belt carry, in my experience.

and both sheath systems have excellent retention, quality and versatility.

Well, I was down at BladeHq the other day to see and feel what several knives I'm interested in are like in person. After handling many...all nice...I asked about the Jumpmaster 2.... the moment I took it out of the box it was wow, Wow, WOW! Everything about it seems perfect to me, including the sheath, and the G-clip fits my thick 1.50" gun belt as if made for it! I talked myself out if it at the time, I got a bunch of spyders and after all...with my Pacific Salt what other niche could the Jumpmaster fill? I walked out of the store without it....but after tossing and turning and consulting myself decided I couldn't live without it because the Jumpmaster 2 would be my one Spyderco sheath knife and, and ordered it on line. I promised myself it would be my last knife, because now I have everything :)

Great stuff Jambuster. Please post some pics when it arrives.

Thanks

Jambuster,

Did you receive your Jumpmaster 2? If so, what are your thoughts? Pics? :)

Thanks,
J.
