Junglas Carry

Simple.. how do you carry the junglas.. picture welcome

- Classic Belt carry (with or without leg strap?)
- Horizontal belt carry (pretty sure its not a good idea)
- Shoulder strap cord (thats what i did to carry a few machete in survival)
- Katana Style in your back (i would so cut myself that way)

What are the other options to carry on your person ? not interested in backpack carry in this thread

You could get a Molle vest and wear it upside down on your chest, hollywood style.

I wear mine on my belt, btw. Rides fine there.

What about baldric carry? It works nice with long knives (my goloks for example), and you could rotate it around yourself where you want it to stay very quickly. On your side to have it at hand, behind your back to walk, run and jump more comfortably.

EDIT: my bad, I believe baldric carrying is just what you put in your list as "shoulder strap cord"!

iacchus: way too hollywood for me but it could be definitely done! I know me and would add so many pouch on that vest it would become heavy!

i love this method but i need to find a way to lock the cord in place.. i want to rotate the cord and lock in some way so the weight of the machete dont make it rotate. mostly for switching from belt height on the side to behind the back / shoulder height.. if you know a way, please enlighten me!!!

So far, if you guys dont know any better ways, i'll go for regular Belt Carry
