Finally ready to get one, and now can't find any from reputable online dealers. Any suggestions (in the $165 range w/sheath which is what I had been seeing them at?)

Dale needs to update his web site because we are NO LONGER rat cutlery.

This thread is fantastic for identifying targets for Jeff to piss off in future threads.

Yep, agree with GoNadz. Same thing happened to me with another knife. The site showed 4 in stock but there were none. Frustrating.

Be careful with CRKS. They don't have the knives their website says they have.

I ordered a BHK from them last week because the site said they had plenty of stock. A few days later I hadn't heard anything and they wouldn't answer my emails so I called and found out they don't have any in stock. I was given a vague promise that some knives would be arriving in the near future.

They still have my money, and the site still says they have stock on all BHK models and colors, even though they don't. I'm going to give them a few more days to see if they can come up with the knife I ordered, but I think I'm going to be disappointed.

ESEE blade like the Izula, #4 and Junglas seem to be hard to find, but they ARE out there, and ready for shipment.

Looking for my ESEE plain edge/clip point took some digging, but I found one.

Chestnut Ridge inventory is incorrect. They have a list of people waiting on back orders. I was one until I ordered from dale, received it in two days and canceled my other order.

I just did the same as you.

CRKS were very polite and refunded my money instantly, and now I've re-ordered a BHK Bushcrafter from Dale, who actually had one in stock.

In Dale We Trust :D

Dale is the man. I've ordered an item that said he had 1 in stock. By the next day, it will say 0 in stock. Real time inventory is great for the internet knife enthusiast.

I have been waiting for awhile on a Bravo 1 that I did'nt know was out of stock until they sent me an e-mail a week later. No knife still and I havent heard from tmem (chestnut ridge)since the one e-mail.
