Jungle Art?

Have you ever ordered a knife or machete just to get the sheath? I did. I saw this on ebay and liked the native art. I forget what tribe it is, but it is from Panama. As a bonus, the brand new unused machete is pretty nice, too. It's a 16" blade Gavilan. It looks pretty cool hanging in my living room. I think this just shows how much folks in the jungle prize their machetes, to decorate the sheaths so much.

I wish I could get such cool looking sheaths for all my machetes.

I imagine they use 1070 or maybe 1080. Whatever everybody else uses down there. The folks down there know how to make a proper machete. I have used Gavilans before, and they are good machetes.
